About Us

Chris McVicar got his start in the handyman business when he helped build a home from the ground up and rebuild an architectural/interior design office building in 2003. Since then he has helped homeowners and businesses with a wide range of handyman tasks large and small. He has completely renovated bathrooms, remodeled kitchens, installed windows and replaced roofs; he has also installed and patched drywall, fixed leaky toilets, and hung holiday lights.

McFixit LLC recently moved to Vermont for the birth of Chris and Heidi's first child, Rowan. The company is complaint-free with the Better Business Bureau, and Chris is happy to provide customer references both in Vermont and in Colorado.
