How We Work

Our promise to you:

• We're on time. We show up when we say we will, with tools and materials at the ready.
• We stick to our contract. We'll have a complete written contract so that there is no misunderstanding about the details. If, in the course of a job, we discover additional work needs to be done, we make sure to amend the contract and that we have your okay before performing the work.
• Materials: Material costs are included in all estimates. If you prefer to obtain materials yourself, we'd be happy to work with that as well.
• Clean-up: There's nothing worse than dealing with construction debris. We do our best to ensure that your home is in the condition it was in before McFixit arrived onsite.
• We bill you once the job is complete and not before. If materials exceed $200, a deposit will be requested to cover those materials.
